NetSpider :Leading the Charge towards Digitization

CIO Vendor In a bid to go paperless, every organization, be it an enterprise or a government body, is looking to bring all physical documents into their Document Management Systems (DMS) to enable the searchability of the documents. With the advent of new technologies, it has become affordable for organizations and they are increasingly implementing document imaging and scanning solutions. However, there are two major challenges faced by them. The first and foremost challenge is to select the right document imaging and scanning solution that can reduce operating costs and bring tangible RoI. Secondly, there are concerns surrounding the value-add in implementing them without a comprehensive document imaging management strategy.
